How can I pay for an order?
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order. You can do so, using any of the following:
· American Express
· Visa
· Mastercard
· Switch
· Delta
· Solo
· Maestro
· JCB

We do not accept the following methods of payment
· Diners Card
· Electron
· Cheques
· Postal Orders
· Cash

Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online?
Yes. We realise how important it is to store any information that you provide securely. Maison maintains the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. You can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. You can tell whether a page is secure as `https` will replace the `http` at the front of the www.maisoncollection.com in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window.

When will my account be debited?
We do not believe in charging for an item until it is on its way to you. Once your order has left our warehouse, we will debit your nominated account and send you an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
The exception to this is if you request delivery on a specific date when we will debit your account on the day on the purchase. For example, if you place your order on a Monday and request delivery in 2 weeks time then we will debit your account on the day we receive the order. If you place your order on a Monday and request the standard 3-5 delivery option then your account will be debited whenever the order leaves our warehouse.

How do I get an invoice or VAT receipt?
The prices quoted on our website include VAT on items where it is levied. You can obtain a VAT receipt by clicking on `My Orders` which will take you through to a list of all the orders you have placed. Simply click on the order number in question and you will be taken to a screen that shows the option to `View Receipt`. Click on `View Receipt` and you will be able to view and print (if appropriate). This invoice also acts as a VAT receipt.
