Start shopping!
All products can be located, using the menu on the left hand side of the screen.

When you find a product that you would like to buy, just click "Add to Basket" button and then select the quantity you require. If you wish to view the products in your shopping bag then click on "View Basket" button.

When you have shopped enough, click on "View Basket" button. If the order is complete then please click on the "Checkout" button.

Sign In/Register.
Choose from the option "New Customer" and click the "Register" button. You will now be asked to create your customer profile. By filling in your address information here, you will never have to do it again.

Complete your credit card details. Your transaction will be processed in a completely secure environment and if you place your order by 4pm on a week day your order will be packed the next day and then please allow 5 working days for delivery.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Confirmation
When your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received this, contact enquiries@maisoncollection.com, who will be able to confirm whether your order has been placed successfully.

Availability
We will make every effort to inform you of stock availability at the time you place your order. If, however, some of the items that you have ordered are out of stock, we will only charge you for the items dispatched.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, then you can do so by emailing enquiries@maisoncollection.com within one hour of placing it. After this time, we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent out to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent and you will have to return it to us once it has been delivered. Please follow the instructions within refunds & returns. If you wish to cancel the order after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item and the delivery charge for sending the goods to you.

Amending your Order
If you wish to make any other changes to the order, such as delivery address or quantity of goods, you should email enquiries@maisoncollection.com within one hour of placing the order.
